What is a VAT? (Value Added Tax)

Most countries in the EU have a VAT (Value Added Tax) that we must charge you and then pay to your government. You can read more about VAT on Investopedia.

Which Payments do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, and the Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link wallets. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, and there is a second card form at checkout if you would rather not use Stripe.

We do not currently accept PayPal, cryptocurrency, iDEAL, Klarna, SOFORT, American Express or Discover. If your usual method is not on that list, a Visa or Mastercard debit card will work.

Do you accept OSGP?

Yes we do, the rates are usually similar to what gold sites are selling gold for - You can view more information with ::osgp in-game.

Do I need to buy Ranks separately or do I receive it after spending a certain amount ?

If you spend money on the store, you will receive status automatically in-game.

I purchased items but I haven't received my Reward?

First of all make sure that you've tried to do ::claim in-game. If it's still not working please check on your email and make sure that you've received a confirmation that your payment was accepted.
