Gather proof of ownership
Your username, the email you used for any store purchase, roughly when you last logged in, and anything you remember about the account (bank, level, last location).
Open a support ticket
Open a ticket in the Discord support channel with those details. Staff never ask for your current password.
Get back in
Once ownership is confirmed, staff reset your password or pin and confirm in the ticket, usually within 24 hours.
