I cannot open the launcher

On Windows run Jarfix once from the Play page, then open the launcher again.

My vote reward did not arrive

Vote on every site, wait a minute, then type ::claim in game. Each site resets 12 hours after you vote.

My store purchase did not arrive

Log in and type ::claim. If it is still missing after a few minutes, open a ticket with your username and order email.
